The hotel neighbours an emerging arts precinct recycled from colourful warehouse conversions and sits proudly at one end of a sophisticated restaurant and bar precinct known as "The Strand".

Immediately adjacent is the "Harbour Link Bridge & Motorway" providing easy access to Ports of Tauranga, Mt Maunganui and the Airport, all are under 10 minutes drive from the hotel.

The "Exhibition Hall" featuring 500sqm of trade or event space; The Pool house with views over the infinity edge swimming pool, with provision to break out on to the sunny pool deck. The Trinity Conference centre is the show piece of the hotel with its' ability to divide into 3 smaller areas, with internal or external deck access to the restaurant, a private reception lobby and direct access to the hotel helicopter pad and pontoon.

The main dining room is tiered to provide great harbour views from every table. The sheltered deck which adjoins, integrates into the main dining area when the floors to ceiling glass doors are open to the harbour breeze.

The Halo kitchen prepares a thoughtful range of freshly prepared treats which are available from 6:30am until late. The same kitchen bakes a delicious range of daily breads, old fashioned cakes and cookies. What hotel experience would be complete without the Club Sandwich

Room service, which is available 24 hours, specialises in a range of classic dishes to suit all pallets. The complete Halo menu is also available as a room service order.

Full guest services continue throughout the night with 24 hour front desk operation providing peace of mind, access to the hotel and in room dining. For the health conscious an abundance of recreational areas are at your doorstep but for those wishing to remain in the confines of the grounds, the infinity edge swimming pool, relaxation deck and gymnasium are all easily accessible from the hotel lobby.

The hotel is equipped with 160 car bays and includes 50 secure undercover bays. While there is easy motorway access to the hotel from the airport and CBD, many of our guests choose to arrive by water and air - the private pontoon facilitates both and is a unique feature to this spectacular over water property.
